  2. Return Shipping:
    After your return request is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

6. Shipping Returns

When returning your item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
